Payment 

User agrees to allow Pendulum Newsletter to store and use payment information on this site for the purpose of billing. Subscriber agrees to pay in full at time of subscription. In the event of non-payment, Pendulum reserves the right to contact subscriber to renew payment information or cancel within 30 Days. Non-Payment and no contact within 45 Days will result in cancellation of the subscription.

Pendulum Newsletter reserves the right to change subscription pricing for new subscription packages based on demand. This will not affect current subscribers. Pendulum Newsletter will be published directly to the email provided by the subscriber at 7am Sunday mornings. Pendulum Newsletter reserves the right to change, delay, skip, or suspend scheduled delivery without notice or refund.

Cancellation & Refund:  

Cancellation of a recurring payment will take effect immediately with no subsequent charges after cancellation date. Refunds will only be issued within 24 hours of initial purchase. Cancellation in an incomplete billing cycle will not result in refund of previous payment. Unsubscribing from the newsletter will cancel all future charges, immediately cancel receiving Pendulum Newsletter, and any other premium content on the Pendulum Newsletter website. Pendulum Newsletter reserves the right to cancel any user's subscription at any time without refund.

Free Trail Plans: Once credit card information has been provided for a plan including a free trial month, we are not responsible for charges if you do not cancel the subscription. You must cancel the subscription within the trial period to not be charged. Pendulum Newsletter will try to let you know a free trial is ending soon, but is not obligated or responsible to do so. The first charge after a free trial period is eligible for refund within providing notice in 24 hours to info@pendulumnewsletter.com or using the site's contact form.
